EDGE-TO-EDGE QUILTING
Most edge-to-edge quilting designs start at $0.025 (or 2.5 cents) per square inch. To estimate pricing, if your finished quilt top is 60 inches by 70 inches, you will multiply 60 in. x 70 in. for a total of 4,200 sq. in. Then multiply your total square inches by $0.025 to get the estimated cost for your quilting services.

Like this:
60 in. x 70 in. = 4,200 sq. in.
And then 4,200 sq. in. x $0.025 = $105.00

I also offer budget-friendly E2E designs for $0.020 per square inch and E2E designs that are naturally more dense and require extra precision/alignment for $0.030 per square inch. There is a $50.00 minimum charge for all quilting services. I do not currently offer custom quilting.
TURNAROUND TIME
My goal is to have a two week turnaround for quilts (plus shipping times). If you need your quilt earlier, a rush fee of $25 may apply.

BATTING
I offer batting at an additional cost. If you prefer to send your own batting, it needs to be at least 5 inches larger than the quilt top on all sides. Most people choose to buy batting from me because I can offer higher quality batting at a lower cost to you than most chain stores.

Batting options:
-
Quilter's Dream 80/20 cotton poly blend at $16.00/yard (93” wide / white)
-
Quilters Dream 100% cotton select at $15.00/yard (93” wide / white)
-
Quilters Dream Bamboo at $15.00/yard (93” wide / white)
-
KING SIZE 80/20 120 wide / natural ($50 per package)
-
KING SIZE 100% cotton select 120 wide / white ($60 per package)

QUILT BACKING
If you are sending an already pieced backing, please be sure it is 5 inches longer than your quilt top on all sides. So, if your quilt is 60 x 70 then your backing should be a minimum of 70 x 80 inches.
If you're sending fabric for your backing, I'd be happy to piece your quilt back for you. There is a $10 charge per seam. I will always pattern match your backing if you've sent enough fabric.
I hope to offer 108" wide backing for purchase in the future!

TRIMMING
Trimming your quilt is included in your service fee, but sending the scraps back to you may require an additional shipping cost. If you do not want any trimming services make sure to choose that option on the form.

BINDING
If you opt for binding services, please be sure to send the correct amount of yardage for your quilt.
Machine sewn to the front of your quilt - $0.015 cents per linear inch**
Machine sewn to the front and back - $0.020 cents per linear inch
Machine sewn one side and hand finished (invisible stitch) - $0.030 cents per linear inch
**Calculate the linear inches of your quilt by adding the length of each side of your quilt and then multiplying that by the service price.
Like this:
60 in. + 60 in. + 70 in. + 70 in. = 260 in.
And then 260 in. x $0.015 = $39
